AI-Powered Search: Our search functionality uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic, OmniRoute) to generate and rank search results. Search results may be generated or enhanced by AI systems.
AI Agent Marketplace: We host and facilitate the sale of AI agents created by third-party developers. These agents are autonomous software programs that can perform tasks, make decisions, and generate outputs.
Content Generation: Some content on the platform may be generated or enhanced by AI systems.

2. AI Risk Classification

Under the EU AI Act, AI systems are classified by risk level:

High-Risk AI Systems: Our platform does not currently host high-risk AI systems as defined by the EU AI Act (Art. 6).
Limited-Risk AI Systems: AI agents sold on our platform are considered limited-risk systems. Users are informed when interacting with AI-generated content.
Minimal-Risk AI Systems: Our AI-powered search is considered a minimal-risk system.

3. Your Rights Regarding AI

Right to Information: You have the right to know when you are interacting with AI systems. AI-generated content is labeled accordingly.
Right to Human Oversight: You can always request human review of AI-generated decisions or outputs.
Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of AI-powered features by contacting us at dpo@agentverse.com.
Right to Explanation: You may request an explanation of how AI systems make decisions that affect you.

4. AI Agent Disclaimer

Important Notice: AI agents sold on AgentVerse are autonomous software programs that may:

Generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs
Take actions that were not intended or expected
Contain biases or errors in their decision-making
Process data in ways that may raise privacy concerns
Interact with external systems and services

Users are responsible for:

Supervising and validating AI agent behavior
Ensuring AI agents comply with applicable laws
Implementing appropriate safeguards before deploying AI agents
Monitoring AI agent outputs for accuracy and appropriateness

5. Training Data

AI agents sold on our platform may have been trained on various datasets. The training data used by individual agents is the responsibility of their creators. AgentVerse does not control or guarantee the quality, legality, or ethics of training data used by third-party AI agents.
